Personal Training
Our Personal Training program delivers a fully individualized approach for anyone who wants focused attention, measurable results, and next-level accountability. Every client receives a personalized training program and an individualized nutrition plan, built around their goals, sport, schedule, and lifestyle.
Training sessions are private or semi-private, lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour, and are coached one-on-one to ensure proper technique, safety, and consistent progress. We use State-of-the-Art biometric equipment during regular check-ins to track performance, recovery, and readiness — taking the guesswork out of training.
Clients also receive access to a private, client-only training app for programming, progress tracking, communication, and accountability outside the gym. To support long-term success, all personal training members receive free 24-hour gym access, 37 weekly classes, and full access to our recovery room, including performance and recovery modalities.
This program is ideal for individuals seeking maximum results, individualized coaching, and a premium training experience — whether the goal is athletic performance, injury prevention, or total lifestyle transformation.

Online Coaching
Our Online Coaching program delivers elite-level coaching with maximum flexibility, allowing you to train anywhere while still receiving expert guidance and accountability. Every client receives individualized training programming and personalized nutrition support, built specifically around their goals, schedule, equipment, and lifestyle.
All coaching is delivered through a private, client-only app, where you’ll access workouts, track progress, communicate directly with your coach, and receive ongoing education. Clients complete weekly check-ins, ensuring programs are adjusted consistently based on progress, recovery, and real-life demands.
With 24-hour messaging access to your coach, you’re never guessing or training alone. You get structure, accountability, and professional oversight — without sacrificing convenience.
This program is ideal for those who want real coaching, real results, and long-term success, no matter where they train.

Elite Youth
Athletic Training
Our Elite Youth Athletic Training programs are designed to help young athletes build strength, speed, and confidence in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. We go beyond workouts — teaching athletes the discipline, focus, and habits needed to succeed both in sports and in life.
Through age-appropriate strength and conditioning, speed and agility development, and proper movement training, we emphasize injury prevention, improved mechanics, and long-term athletic development. Every session is coached with purpose, ensuring athletes learn how to train correctly, not just train hard.
Whether your child is just getting started or preparing for the next level or college athletics, our programs help them develop physically, mentally, and emotionally — building confidence, resilience, and a strong foundation for future success.
